His Story
A Life Well Lived
Giovanni D'Agostino was known for his kindness, determination, loyalty, humor, and the way he made people around him feel valued. He loved his family, his friends, and the game of lacrosse. More importantly, he believed in lifting others up and making a positive difference in the lives of those around him.
In August 2023, Giovanni was diagnosed with Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures (PNES). Less than a year later, he experienced a tragic, sudden passing that left his family, friends, and community devastated.
Although his life was far too short, the impact he made continues every day. The Foundation exists so that his compassion, generosity, and love for others continues to inspire future generations.
